Conceptual Planning and Scheduling and Risk Mitigation
This course has been described as a very illustrative approach to exploring the planning and scheduling stages of a project using real world construction experiences. Students will leave with a solid understanding of the process and can use their new skills to successfully navigate the joys of scheduling! Led by two construction industry professionals, Kendall Pouland, Director of Tech & Innovation and Dr. Lana Coble, CPC, Project Executive with Tellepsen.
Cost per Company: $50 for 1-2 attendees or $100 for 3-5 attendees. Cost is subsidized by Workforce Development Funds. Cost includes handouts sent with link prior to class.
