Safe + Sound Week is a nationwide event held each August that recognizes the successes of workplace health and safety programs and offers information and ideas on how to keep America's workers safe. Successful safety and health programs can proactively identify and manage workplace hazards before they cause injury or illness, improving sustainability and the bottom line.
Safe + Sound Week Video Competition
Share a video with us highlighting your team’s commitment to health and safety this year and what initiatives you have accomplished. Let us see how you create a culture of health and safety. We want to acknowledge your achievements, the video you submit may be shared on AGC Nebraska Building Chapter platforms.
Video Rules:
- Video should be 2-3 minutes in length.
- Video must be submitted via the website along with the signed Video Release Submission Form.
- Video must be submitted before 12 p.m. August 8, 2024, to be considered for the competition.
- Winner will be announced August 15, 2024.
Grand Prize:
Jobsite lunch for up to 100 people.

Video Submission and Release
By submitting a video you agree to the follow:
You hereby grant and authorize AGC Nebraska Building Chapter the right to take, edit, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all video submitted to be used in and/or for any lawful purpose.
This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered.
This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.
I/we waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears.
I/we agree that I have not been compensated for this use of my likeness and company, and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the video.
I/we understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of AGC Nebraska Building Chapter.
I/we hereby hold harmless and release AGC Nebraska Building Chapter from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which employees, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on the company’s behalf.
By completing the following information and submitting a video, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
